In-stock orders normally leave the warehouse the same or next business day, depending on the carrier cut-off. Express transit is estimated at 2–3 business days after dispatch; remote destinations, holidays, weather and carrier delays can take longer. Tracking is sent after dispatch.

Yes. Eligible direct orders include free express shipping to serviced US addresses. Transit is normally estimated at 2–3 business days after dispatch; a next-business-day arrival is not guaranteed. See the shipping policy for details.

Eligible direct orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our return policy. Contact support first for authorization and the correct US warehouse instructions. We cover shipping for approved returns under that policy. Items must follow the condition, packaging and authorization requirements in our current warranty and returns policy. Marketplace purchases follow the applicable retailer and seller terms.

Eligible projectors bought directly from USProjector.com include the one-year limited warranty described in the current after-sales policy. Keep your order confirmation and contact support before returning a product. Authorized US returns go to a US warehouse.

Direct A5, S6A and S8A orders include a screen, ceiling mount and red-and-blue 3D glasses. Direct S7 orders include a screen, ceiling mount and active-shutter 3D glasses. Marketplace bundles can differ.

No. Features vary by model. The current A5 listing specifies autofocus and automatic keystone correction. The S7 uses digital focus adjustment with the remote and automatic keystone correction; it should not be described as autofocus.

Compatible built-in apps vary by model, operating system, region and licensing. An HDMI streaming device is the most flexible fallback. Check the current model page and streaming provider requirements before buying.

Compatible Bluetooth speakers or headphones can be paired through supported model settings. Wireless audio can introduce delay, so HDMI ARC or a wired audio connection may be preferable when synchronization matters.
